I started my career in dental administration in private practice and quickly developed a passion for operations, efficiency, and team development. Over the past 20 years, 8 of those with a DSO from near its inception through its growth, I’ve taken on increasing responsibility, evolving from special projects into leadership roles including Integrations Manager, Director of Integrations, and most recently VP of Training & Integrations.
My career has been built on curiosity, problem-solving, and a drive to improve systems at scale. I’ve led complex integrations, developed training infrastructure, and supported organizational growth by aligning people, processes, and performance.
