Joffree Bunleang, BSDH, RDH, serves as Vice President of Hygiene Operations at Signature Dental Partners, where she leads the strategic growth and development of hygiene across the organization’s multi-state network of practices.

With more than a decade of clinical and leadership experience, Joffree is passionate about building high-performing hygiene teams, expanding access to care, and creating systems that strengthen clinical excellence, provider engagement, and sustainable practice growth. She delivers mentorship in a supportive, approachable way that hygienists value and genuinely enjoy.

Joffree’s leadership philosophy centers on empowering hygienists to recognize their influence, practice with purpose, and elevate the patient experience. As a speaker, coach, and industry advocate, she is committed to developing the next generation of hygiene leaders and helping dental hygienists create a meaningful impact within their practices, their profession, and the communities they serve.

Mrs. McCrady has more than 35 years of experience in the dental industry.

Beginning her career as a clinical assistant and later becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist, she has deep experience working across all operating roles in the dental office. Over time she has transitioned into her senior operation roles within Signature Dental Partners, offering extensive support work for our hygienists.

Mrs. McCrady graduated with an AS from Salt Lake Community College and a BA in Psychology from Ottawa University.
