Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic functioning.
• Coordinate with dental professionals to optimize patient scheduling and service delivery.

• Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and procurement processes.
• Implement and refine operational procedures and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in dental or healthcare facility management: 3 years office management, or 5 years front office experience
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in practice management software and basic IT systems.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Strong insurance background.
